Motivational Business Speaker Chris Guerriero Talks About His Book iLead, And About How It Can Help You To Create Explosive Growth In Your Company

One of the things that I like best about being a motivational business speaker is that I get to help people. I get to brainstorm with business owners and corporate CEO's about how to improve their tactics and increase their bottom lines. I also get to inspire those who are looking to bring out the very best within themselves.

When I wrote iLead, one of my goals was to continue this work by helping people to do even more to help themselves and their businesses with the methods that I was utilizing on a regular basis. As a motivational business speaker, I couldn't be everywhere at once… but iLead could! In fact, it sold over 83,000 copies in the first 30 days after it was released!

To me, this says that people are looking for the next best thing when it comes to leveraging business growth… and I believe that iLead is exactly that.

Here is a quote from iLead that I really like to share with people. It pertains to business growth, and I believe that it is incredibly relevant to any business, regardless of what industry you are in.

“If you study any great leader, you’ll discover that they weren't just good at telling people what to do. In fact, leaders who do that are never long-lived. All the great leaders give their audience a unified goal and a place to gather together to discuss that goal. For businesses seeking growth, this goes beyond customer surveys and focus groups. Those tactics sometimes work, but they have a much smaller return on investment when you consider the time, money and effort needed to make them work. Done properly, a community will be an entirely organic thing, growing every day, expanding your audience and accumulating new posts, giving you more valuable customer feedback to dip into and use to improve every past, present, and future product and marketing campaign. In short it will do more work for you than you could ever do for yourself in a focus group.”

What Does This Mean For Business Growth?
This excerpt comes from chapter 2 of iLead, and it deals with a very crucial component to business growth… community. Communities have always been important to business growth. Businesses have been struggling to gain acceptance among communities of their prospective clients since the beginning of time. That is, in the simplest terms, the holy grail for business growth.

But how do you do it? How do you tap into those communities? Well, those are great questions, and the answers have changed a lot. Of course, one of the first things that you need to learn is that effective marketing tactics have changed a lot over the past 30 years. While some of the most effective advertising used to take place in newspapers and magazines, online communities are now where the business has gone.

If you can effectively become a part of the online community and provide value to your customers though it (My book iLead, available on advancedbusinessgrowth.com, deals with this issue in great detail), then you can unlock the secret to explosive business growth and utilize it to leverage incredible profits.

It is all about relating to your customers, communicating with them in a way that will add value to their lives, and delivering your message to them in such a way that they will realize how much they really need your products and/or services.

3 Reasons to Hire A Motivational Business Speaker For Your Business Event

Hiring a motivational business speaker for your next business event might be the best thing that you ever do to help your business, your subordinates, and your team.

But why? What does a motivational business speaker have to offer that you cannot deliver yourself? You are, after all, the boss, the CEO/manager, etc. You are the leader. So what is special about bringing in an outside speaker to come in and motivate your team, department, or sales staff?

That is a great question, and in this article I am going to give you 3 very compelling reasons to choose a professional from the outside to speak at your next business engagement. I actually became a motivational business speaker because I wanted to see other companies grow, and because I wanted to see individuals reach their fullest potential (find out more about having Chris Guerriero at your next business conference or event at advancedbusinessgrowth.com).

I had already grown several companies to a multi-million dollar, global status when I started my motivational speaking career… but for me, the next chapter was not to keep doing the same thing. For me, the real value in what I do lies in what I can help others to achieve, which is why I am so passionate about motivating others and inspiring them to succeed.

With that being said, here are 3 very good reasons to consider bringing in a motivational speaker for your next event.

1… They Can Inspire Your Audience

Inspiration is very important. If someone is inspired, then they are going to experience some different emotions and thought processes when they work. An inspired person sees purpose behind their work, and they move forward with intention. Sometimes, all it takes is the right words to inspire someone… and one of the best ways to do this is to hire a motivational business speaker.

2… They Can Help People To See That What They Are Doing Is Important

One of the most difficult things to face is the idea that you don’t make a difference. Unfortunately, a lot of people feel this way. Whenever I get booked for a motivational speaking engagement, I am usually surprised by how many people tell me afterwards that I helped them to see their role in a different light… and I think that this is important.

We all have value, and every role within a business is important. And when someone sees for the first time that what they are doing is important, then they are generally motivated to do their very best instead of just doing what they can to get by.

3… They Can Communicate The Concept Of Value To Your Team

The truth is that we are all selling something… and the key to sales is value. If your team can understand the concept of value, then they can bring an entire new dynamic to their position.

Part of this is also realizing that you have value as well. When someone realizes that they have unlimited potential and value, then they are much more likely to tap into it to make big things happen.

3 Essential Components for Business Growth

In this article, Chris Guerriero talks about 3 components that are essential to business growth and success.

When it comes to growing your business, a lot of things need to work well together. You need to have a solid business plan, you need to have the ability to communicate your message effectively to your target demographic utilizing modern marketing methods, and you also need to have a solid infrastructure that eliminates waste.

But in this article, we are going to talk about 3 components that you must embody personally if you really want to see your business succeed. When it comes to business growth, you really need to embody the spirit of what you are doing. If you can enact these three components in your life and apply them to what you are doing to grow your business, then you will be amazed by how much of a difference you will see in the results.

Remember, it all starts with you. Nobody is going to grow your business for you, and you are only going to achieve your goals if you commit to them.

1… Believe In Your Idea
This is a first and crucial component to business growth. Before you tell others about your ideas and attempt to ‘sell’ your products or services to your customers, you must first sell it to yourself… and that means that you need to come to a place where you truly believe in what you are doing.
For me, the services that I offer on advancedbusinessgrowth.com are a perfect example of this. I believe in those services because I have seen them work over and over again. Every time I help a business to grow to the next level, I remind myself why I believed in them so much to begin with. This allows me to tell my customers about what I do with confidence and clarity. I don’t have to be afraid, nervous, or anxious about what I am offering, because I know that my products and services work. I believe in those ideas, and it makes a huge difference.

2… Seek To Add Value with Your Ideas
When it comes to business growth, a lot of people definitely want to be successful. There is, however, a quote by a very famous man named Albert Einstein that I really love to share with clients and readers.

“Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.”
This is so true, and I believe with everything inside of me that if you strive to add value to your customer’s lives first, that success will be that much closer as a result.

3… Make It a Daily Habit
I have seen a lot of people struggle with their businesses because they did not make a new commitment each day to continue forward. A lot of people start with a great plan, but end up struggling when the day-to-day begins to take its toll.

This can lead to bad judgment calls, productivity issues, and a negative mindset. If you don’t wake up every day ready to be as energized as you were on the first day, then you are going to find that it becomes much harder to give your business the kind of energy that it needs to continue to grow.
This is something that you determine within yourself. When you look into the mirror every morning, you need to tell yourself that you can do it, that you want to do it, and that you will do it!
Embodying these three components will make a huge difference in your professional life.
They will make you a better leader, a better marketer, and a better salesman. Just remember to stick with it and not to give up. Consistency is worth its weight in gold when it comes to business success, but developing good habits in the beginning will help you to maximize its benefits.
